Dam to Dam Ice Fishing Tournament
February 14 All day

The Dam to Dam Ice Fishing Tournament isn’t just a winter tradition in Newaygo County. It’s how our community helps young people build confidence and connections through TrueMentors. Every angler on the ice supports mentoring relationships that help local youth grow, learn and thrive.
Join us on Saturday, February 14, 2026. Croton Township Campground will once again host this cherished event, bringing together families, anglers and community partners for a full day of outdoor fun. As part of Michigan’s Free Fishing Weekend, tournament registration is FREE for everyone (with no advanced registration needed-just show up at the event!), making it easier than ever to support youth mentoring in Newaygo County.
This year’s tournament offers the chance to win a brand-new Back40 4X4 Camo 550cc UTV, along with other great prizes. Raffle tickets are available for $10 at:

- Mentoring at school through TrueBlue Academy
- One-to-one mentoring relationships through Community Mentoring
- Connecting youth to the outdoors through Parks in Focus
