Project FOCUS (21st CCLC) Program Director
The 21st Century CCLC Project FOCUS Director is responsible for the implementation and management of the Department of Education 21st CCLC grant awarded to TrueNorth and in partnership with local school districts. The Director is responsible for creating a highly efficient program, delivery system, quality program plan. The Director is charged with maintaining productive relationships with school administrators and has fiscal responsibility for all aspects of grant spending, staff management and development and adherence to the grant contract. Experience with budgeting, supervision and curriculum development is required.
Project FOCUS (21st CCLC) Assistant Program Director
The 21st Century CCLC Project FOCUS Assistant Director is responsible to the Program Director for the smooth operation of the program including licensing, staffing and staff ratios, financial reports to all stakeholders, data management, quality program implementation, and for completing the managing the CACFP food programs and reports.
Project FOCUS Site Coordinator – Spitler (Hart) Elementary
This position is responsible for the development, implementation, administration and coordination of Project FOCUS (For Our Children’s Ultimate Success) programming at a specific school site.
Project FOCUS Site Coordinator – Holton Middle School
This position is responsible for the development, implementation, administration and coordination of Project FOCUS (For Our Children’s Ultimate Success) programming at a specific school site.
Camp Newaygo Seasonal Housekeeping
Reporting to the Camp Director, further Camp Newaygo’s mission by overseeing Camp’s housekeeping needs and ensuring a safe and sanitary facility.
emPower Client Engagement Center Advisor
The emPower Client Engagement Advisor provides self-sufficiency services to vulnerable populations and serves as the point of contact for eligible participants of the Michigan Energy Assistance Program (MEAP). The Client Engagement Advisor works to provide needs assessment, referral information, financial and energy education services, vendor advocacy and short-term case management services to support reduced energy consumption and promote energy efficiency to low-income households statewide. The Client Engagement Advisor will be required to enter a customized self-sufficiency plan and follow up outcome data on each household served in the CRM.
Project FOCUS! Program Assistant – Multiple Locations
Motivated and energetic individuals wanted to work part-time with the Project FOCUS after-school program (an initiative of TrueNorth Community Services). Open position working with first through eighth grades (depending on-site).
Primary responsibilities include student supervision, academic support during homework/enrichment time, leading/facilitating club activities, and interaction with parents/students/ and staff. Staff will be responsible to assist in the implementation of club-based activities.
The candidate must possess a desire and passion to work with children, good communication, and organizational skills.
