Project FOCUS Site Coordinator
This position is responsible for the development, implementation, administration and coordination of Project FOCUS (For Our Children’s Ultimate Success) programming at a specific school site.

Camp Newaygo Adventure Program Director
To further the mission of Camp Newaygo through the development, planning and delivery of program activities and events. Design and deliver program activities that are safe, fun, and appropriate to the participant’s age and abilities. Assist in the management of the overall camp operation at the direction of the Director of Programs.

Housing Resource Specialist (Mason County)
The HARA Housing Resource Specialist serves as the point of contact for eligibility determination, case plan development, case management, outcome reporting, and follow up for HARA services offered through TrueNorth Community Services. The Specialist works to identify needs and solutions for low-income households, track outcome data on each household served and use continuous quality improvement methodologies to manage services to outcomes.
Self-Sufficiency Advisor
The Self-Sufficiency Advisor will support the emPower Division by providing high quality, focused, case management services to eligible participants to assist them in becoming self-sufficient. This position will assist participants with identifying barriers and challenges that affect their ability to contribute to their energy costs and create case management goals that address the ability to reduce participant energy burden, contribute to energy costs, connect to resources not offered by TrueNorth and other mutually agreed upon participants-centered goal(s). Services will be provided in different geographic areas with the use of technology. This position is considered a mobile workforce position.

Housing Project Manager
The Housing Project Manager will support the Center for Nonprofit Housing by performing duties to support the weatherization and accessibility home restoration programs. The Housing Repair and Renewal Advocate will support eligible low income households in the counties served by these programs to facilitate home rehabilitation projects. The position will support CNH grant compliance by meeting and documenting grant requirements. The Housing Repair and Renewal Advocate is responsible for considerable contact with agency participants and contractors to ensure project completion.

Reporting to the Events and Catering Director to ensure that event guests are taken care of.
