Music and Arts Donation
“I think it’s essential for young people that are interested in the arts to have these programs that encourage them and give them a little broader view of the world,” says professional artist and former TrueNorth Cultural Arts Programs participant Cara O’Brien.
Being a part of programs like Art-In and going to the Art Institute of Chicago encouraged Cara to pursue a career as a professional artist. Giving to the Cultural Arts Programs at TrueNorth Community Services supports young artists and musicians who, like Cara, have a passion for the arts.
Your gift enables us to offer a variety of programs that inspire young artists and musicians: visual arts education through A.R.T.S. (Artists Reaching & Teaching Students), guest artist clinics through Art-In, Newaygo County art exhibit at the TrueNorth Art Scholarship Contest/Exhibit and music enhancement at the Piano Showcase.
Give today and know that you are directly impacting the lives of our children as we open the door for new opportunities and experiences. Together, we can provide affordable, accessible arts opportunities that change lives.
