Summer Blast

Summer Blast is an exciting summer opportunity for youth. The program provides recreation and new experiences for youth while building skills, connecting with peers and taking exciting field trips.

Licensed through the State of Michigan, the program is held in partnership with local school districts, taking place at Daisy Brook Elementary, Fremont Middle School, Grant Elementary, Grant Middle School, Mason County Eastern Elementary, Mason County Eastern Middle School and Newaygo Elementary.

Summer Blast is open to youth in kindergarten through 8th grade (kindergarten through 4th grade in Newaygo) and includes a variety of enrichment activities, summer fun and field trips. Lunch and a snack are provided, and there is no cost to register. Parent pick up and drop off at each site will be required. Although transportation will be provided at Mason County Eastern.
