At the heart of TrueNorth is the array of programs and services that address the unique needs of those living in rural poverty.

Through Housing and Homelessness Prevention, we provide rent and mortgage assistance, home foreclosure prevention, housing for the homeless and homebuyer assistance.

Our Food and Nutrition Programs range from our on-site food pantry, to USDA school meals.

Helping those with Health and Medical needs, we provide the "LifeLink" medical emergency alert sytem, medical equipment loan, and healthy eating classes.

Our Children's Services are designed to build healthy, thriving young people through our Children's Christmas Program, Tools For Schools, Coats for Kids (& Adults) and other services.

Our case workers provide Family Support through long-term case management, goal setting, and evaluation and referrals with an overarching goal of family self-sufficiency.

Our Center for Nonprofit Housing is committed to assuring all members of our community have access to safe affordable housing, through foreclosure prevention, financial and homeowner education, and home buying assistance.

We assist Older Adults by offering a congregate meal site, a medical equipment loan program, LifeLink, and programs targeting our isolated, homebound senior citizens.
