DESCRIPTION:Pull up a chair to our annual Empty Bowls event and help fight hunger! \n\n\n\nEmpty Bowls will be held Thursday\, October 8th at the TrueNorth Service Center in Fremont and Friday\, October 9th at the VFW Post 4249 in Newaygo. Soup will be served between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm at both locations.  \n\n\n\nEvery ticket purchased helps support TrueNorth’s Hunger Prevention programs throughout the year\, including the Food Center\, Weekend PowerPacks\, Mobile Food Pantry\, Senior Thanksgiving Luncheon and Senior Harvest Baskets. Together\, these programs help ensure no neighbor faces hunger alone. Learn more about our Hunger Prevention Programs here. \n\n\n\nGrab your ticket and enjoy this homemade soup luncheon\, where you will select a hand-glazed ceramic bowl which represents the empty bowls in our community while making a difference.
