The volunteer TrueNorth Board of Directors provides governance and oversight of TrueNorth Community Services thus establishing clear direction for our programs and services. Our Board has broad experience in the professional management and leadership of nonprofit organizations. They are committed to the TrueNorth mission and to a higher quality of life for all areas we serve.
The Board's Finance Committee provides fiduciary oversight and has established (and annually updates) the long-range financial plan. The Program Committee of the Board establishes direction for TrueNorth programs and services. The Resource Development Committee of the Board works to ensure adequate funds are raised to support our work.
