TrueNorth Community Services has a variety of rental options available to the public. Along with the main service center in Fremont, Camp Newaygo also has a variety of rental and conference options, along with full service catering.
 
TrueNorth's facilities are available for rent for your wedding reception, party, family gathering or committee meeting. Renting the TrueNorth facilities gives you the peace of mind that comes with knowing your dollars are used for our general operating expenses - helping to feed the hungry, mentor youth, provide culturally enriching opportunities, and a safety net for seniors in need.

TrueNorth Service Center Options

Multi-Purpose Room
Approx. 70' x 65' (about 4500 sq. feet)
Room divides into 2 smaller rooms - east side is approx. 2850 sq. feet and west side is approx. 1900 sq. ft.
39 tables and 276 chairs are included with rental
Seats 216 "comfortably" at tables and chairs, or up to 300 "picnic style" using your own extra tables and chairs
Ideal for wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners, large parties, family gatherings, and youth events

Commercial Kitchen Kitchen 
Commercial-grade appliances
Portable hot and cold serving buffets
Dishwash area with seperate "dirty dish" return window
Often used in conjuction with MP Room - package rental rates available

Public Meeting Room
375 sq. ft.
Seats approx. 35 in chairs or 15 at tables
Room has large wipe board and cork board
Has in-room sink
Room expands to double size for after-hours use (seating approx. 70 in chairs or 30 at tables)
Ideal for committee meetings, small parties, gatherings, and classes

"The Alley" (Teen Center)
Designed with young people in mind with pool table, air hockey, snack bar, etc.
Room capacity varies depending on use - approx. 30 at tables, 45 in chairs or 65 "hanging out"
Room has residential kitchen equipment behind snack bar (oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink)
Is adjacent to MP Room - package rental rates available
This space is typcically only available for approved "youth activities" (birthday / graduation parties, youth group meetings, etc.) with proper adult supervision

Two Conference Rooms
Larger one seats approx. 12 at tables or 20 in chairs, and has a large wipe board
Smaller one seats approx. 8 at tables or 15 in chairs, has a sink and a large wipe board

Camp Newaygo Options
Camp Newaygo is a place to get away from your usual routine in a facility that complements its natural setting. It is the perfect destination for:   

Weddings
Beautiful indoor and outdoor settings are available and able to accomodate up to 300 guests. Outdoor sites overlook Pickerel Lake, with two of the sites rustic.  

Receptions
Three separate rooms may be combined depending on the number of guests, on-site catering is available, as well as kitchen rental. All rooms feature hardwood floors. Linens and china are available for on-site rental.  

Reunions
Whether it be your family, your graduating class, or just a group of friends, we can accommodate your group. We are able to house up to 70 overnight guests in dormitory style rooms, and another 108 in seasonal cabins. A wide variety of activities are available both indoor and out.  

Retreats
Our well equipped facility offers comfortable indoor dormitories as well as rustic cabins. The serenity of our setting helps to encourage reflection and growth both physically and spiritually. We offer a variety of team building activities that include waterfront, climbing wall, and high and low ropes courses,  

Corporate Events
Our large open spaces are ideal for presentations, corporate retreats, and team building. The inspirational setting is excellent for generating creativity. Wi-fi, large screen and projector are available. There are three large meeting rooms and three classrooms available.

Office Parties
We are able to accommodate 20-300. In house catering is available to suit your needs.

Family Gatherings
Our warm welcoming atmosphere is a comfortable place for families to feel at home for reunions, holiday celebrations, anniversaries, or birthday parties. We can personalize your event to your needs. Camp and adventure activities are also available. 

Workshops
A total of six separate rooms are available for workshops of 15-250 persons. Rooms have readily available water as well as multiple electric outlets. Overnight stays are also possible as part of your workshop.
