Bowlapalooza is once again taking place at Fremont Lanes 5885 S. Warner, Fremont, MI 49412!

You can help make a difference in a child’s life by bringing them life-enriching mentors through TrueNorth’s Big Brothers Big Sisters, so spare the excuses and strike up your friends, co-workers and relatives to team with you at Bowlapalooza 2012.

Bowl For Kids’ Sake “Bowlapalooza” brings teams of five bowlers together to bowl and have fun, but most importantly, to raise money that goes directly toward recruiting, enrolling and pairing volunteers with children needing them most. To make it easy to participate, we’ve kept the event in April to try to avoid traveling in bad winter weather. We’re also offering a variety of dates and times for your convenience; 

• April 20: 4:00 – 6:00 pm, 6:30 - 8:30 pm (THIS TIME SLOT FULL!), and 9:00 – 11:00 pm
• April 21: 1:00 – 3:00 pm, 3:30 - 5:30 pm, 6:00 – 8:00 pm, and 8:30 - 10:30 pm
• April 27: 5:30 – 7:30 pm Newaygo and Fremont Public Schools Staff and Friends, 8:00 – 10:00 pm Trades Bowl (Builders, Electricians, etc., more details to come) 

The event is all about kids. The more donations bowlers raise, the more children will benefit by having a Big Brother or Big Sister in their lives. “Bowlapalooza” is the single largest fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Newaygo County - be a part of something big!

There are great fund-raising incentives, door prizes, and special prizes for the top fundraisers.

For every $30 dollars in pledges raised, bowlers will receive a raffle ticket for great door prizes; At $30 raised in pledges, all bowling fees are waived; for $60 raised in pledges, bowlers will receive a cool 2012 Bowlapalooza shirt; at $150 in pledges, bowlers will receive an awesome BBBS folding camp chair; and every bowler who raises at least $350 in pledges will receive a Blue-Ray Player! This year, the top fundraiser will receive a Hot Air Balloon Ride for two (2) valued at nearly $600, courtesy of Grand Traverse Balloons!!
